Abstract. JAMIA 30(10):1665-1672 (2023). Cross-sectional study at UC San Diego Health (n=383) finding perceived EHR work stress (especially around prescription-reauthorization messages, after-hours inbox work, and feeling undervalued by leadership) significantly associated with burnout. Identifies actionable levers for system-level intervention.
