Abstract. Nationwide framework for health information sharing across networks in the United States, with The Sequoia Project as Recognised Coordinating Entity. Operationalised through Qualified Health Information Networks (QHINs) for treatment, payment, operations, public-health, government benefits, and individual access use cases.
