Abstract. Case study of Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where the October 2014 go-live of Epic's eHospital system (approximately £200 million) was followed by a September 2015 CQC inspection that rated the trust inadequate and placed it in special measures, the CQC finding that the system had diminished the trust's ability to report and act on patient data.
