Public Accounts Committee report (18 September 2013) on the dismantled NHS National Programme for IT, finding benefits to March 2012 of £3.7 billion against roughly double that in costs, describing the benefits as extremely disappointing and concluding that the taxpayer was continuing to pay the price for the programme's failures.
