Abstract. Official announcement of the Dutch Data Protection Authority's EUR 460,000 fine on Haga Hospital, the first Dutch GDPR fine, imposed after large numbers of staff accessed a celebrity patient's medical records and the hospital was found to lack adequate authentication and log-monitoring controls.
